Neck pain is mainly due to poor posture which leads  to straining of the neck muscles, sometimes osteoarthritis can also cause neck pain. There will be decreased ability to move the head, muscle tightness,headache.

Back Pain
Acute back pain is mainly due to fall or heavy lifting. Muscle strain, conditions of the vertebral discs like bulging, arthritis, osteoporosis are the most common causes for chronic pain. There will be rigidity of the low back and restricted movements.

Frozen shoulder
A condition characterized by stiffness and pain in the shoulder joint. The movement of the shoulder joint is restricted. This is due to the thickening of capsule covering the shoulder joint,results in immobility or reduced mobility.

Heel Pain
Heel pain is also known as plantar fasciitis. It results in a stabbing pain in the bottom of the feet near the heel especially with first steps in the morning.
